“The one will lift up his companion…”

We have no real adoption updates other than to tell you we are waiting. Someone asked me last week if we get tired of people asking. The short answer to that is NO! We are blessed to have people who care and are waiting and praying with us.

Nick came home Saturday night with flowers and a Mother’s Day card. It was perhaps one of the top 3 sweetest things he has ever done for me. Sometimes the waiting is difficult. I thank God everyday for a man who is compassionate enough to pick me up when I fall.

For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. (‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭4‬:‭10‬ NASB)

Please continue to ask. We will never be tired of updating you. Please continue to pray. We have complete faith in the fact that God’s timing is perfect, and we thank Him everyday for the community we have to pick us up as we sometimes stumble through the wait.
